Questions
What clients ask about production.
What are the typical MOQs?
Stock-glassware home fragrance starts from around 300 units per SKU. Custom decoration, custom moulds and cosmetics carry higher minimums — we confirm exact numbers per project once the spec is set.
What's the typical lead time?
Eight to twelve weeks from approved fragrance and artwork to delivered goods, including regulatory work. Sample runs can be faster.
Can you ship from outside the EU?
Our default is EU production and EU shipping for speed and lower freight impact. Where projects require it, we coordinate exports through standard channels.
Do you handle repeat orders?
Yes. Once a SKU is qualified, repeat orders are planned around your forecast and held in EU warehousing for fast replenishment.
