Private Label — Regulatory
Compliant from formulation to shelf.

Questions
What clients ask about regulatory.
Can you act as our Responsible Person?
Yes — for clients without a Responsible Person established in the EU, we provide the function or coordinate it through a qualified partner.
Is the safety assessment included?
Yes. The Cosmetic Product Safety Report is part of every cosmetic launch we manage, signed by a qualified safety assessor.
Do you support sales outside the EU?
Our core compliance scope is EU 1223/2009. For UK, Swiss, US and other markets we can advise on the additional dossiers and registrations required and coordinate with local partners.
What if our fragrance changes?
Any reformulation triggers a new IFRA certificate and, for cosmetics, an updated PIF and CPNP notification. We manage this as part of the product life cycle, not as an add-on.
Let's get the dossier right.
Share the product, the formulation status and the target market. We'll outline the dossier, the timeline and what we need from you to file.
