Craft over volume
We are small on purpose. We take projects we can do properly, and we hire people who want to do work they're proud of.
Senses are a skill
Whatever your discipline, you'll work alongside a perfumer and learn to taste, talk and decide in the language of fragrance.
Quiet rooms, hard problems
Studio in Rotterdam, focus blocks, fewer meetings, real time to do the work.
