About — Sustainability
Fragrance, made to stay in use.
Our approach is practical, not marketing. Refill-first design, European production, responsible sourcing and packaging that earns its place — applied to every project we ship.

Six working principles
How responsibility shows up in the work.
Responsible sourcing
Raw materials selected from suppliers that publish their sourcing and meet IFRA, REACH and naturals-traceability standards. We favour ingredients with documented agricultural and ethical chains.
Refill-first design
Diffusers, room sprays and amenity programmes are designed around refillable formats so the same object stays in use across many cycles, reducing packaging at the source.
European production
Production, decoration and warehousing happen within Europe wherever possible — lowering freight emissions and shortening the distance between brief and finished product.
Packaging reduction
Outer packaging is reviewed per project: substrate choice, ink choice, weight, recyclability and the option to remove rather than redesign whenever the product can stand without it.
Formulation choices
We work with biodegradable bases, low-impact solvents and natural-derived materials where the format and the brand brief allow it.
Supplier code
Our partner suppliers — glassware, decoration, fulfilment — are selected on quality, social and environmental standards, with regular review.

What we don't claim
We don't use sustainability as a tagline.
Fragrance is an industry with real environmental load — raw-material agriculture, energy in production, glass and packaging weight, freight. We don't pretend a single choice removes that.
What we do commit to is being honest about it: making the better choice where the brief allows, refusing the worst options across packaging and formulation, and keeping refill and reuse as the default rather than the upgrade.
Build a project that earns its place.
Tell us the brief. We'll be straight about the choices that move the impact and the ones that don't.
