Scent consultation is a real conversation with a perfumer. You bring the brand, the space, the doubts. We bring forty years of fragrance work.
One session, two hours, a clear direction. No machine talk until the scent direction is right.
What a scent consultation gives you.
A perfumer's read on the brand, the space, and the audience. Honest, not commercial.
Two or three fragrance directions, drawn from real compositions you can smell. We send samples after the session.
A short written brief with the direction, the rationale and a rollout sketch. Hardware and logistics come later if you decide to move forward.
How a scent consultation runs.
1. Pre-call
Thirty minutes. We learn the brand, the space, and what you have already tried.
2. Session
Two hours with a senior perfumer. We smell, talk, react, refine.
3. Direction
We send a written direction with reference compositions and visual references.
4. Samples
We ship physical samples for in-space evaluation. You decide if and how to roll out.

Most consultation clients move on to a scent marketing programme on our scent diffuser. The first session does not commit you to anything.

Who runs the consultation?

A senior perfumer from our team. Not a sales person. The same person who would compose your scent if you go ahead.
Is the scent consultation free?

The pre-call is free. The two-hour session is paid and credited against any future programme with us.
Do you travel for the consultation?

Yes. Across Benelux as standard, the rest of Europe on request. We also run consultations remotely with a sample kit shipped ahead.
What do I get at the end?

A written scent direction, two or three composition references, a sketch of diffusion strategy, and a sample kit.
How long until I have an actual scent in my space?

From consultation to install, six to ten weeks for an existing composition, ten to fourteen for a bespoke one.
Can the consultation be remote?

Yes. We send a sample kit ahead and run the session by video. Most clients prefer in-person, but remote works.
