01 — Our view
A commercial diffuser, not a gadget

A scent diffuser for business does not start with the device. It starts with the space. How many cubic metres? Where does the HVAC run? When should the scent be there, and when not? A company that buys a diffuser is not buying a gadget. It is buying a system.
Nose & Partners supplies commercial cold-air diffusers for hotels, retail, showrooms and offices. Not an aerosol spray. Not a consumer reed diffuser. A unit that atomises pure fragrance oil into a dry, fine mist, either as a stand-alone or through the HVAC.
Two routes exist. Stand-alone units for one space, zone or floor. Or HVAC-integrated systems for larger volumes and multiple zones at once. Both work with fine-fragrance compositions from The Scent Library, or with a bespoke scent we develop for you.
A business chooses a scent diffuser when the space needs to convey something furniture and light cannot. The unit is the means; the scent is the message. Together we choose the format that fits the volume, the use and the budget.

Our approach

We have worked for years with hotel groups, retailers and interior brands across Europe. The approach is sober: understand the space first, then choose the unit, then the scent. Every installation runs under a service contract with fixed refills. When in doubt we start with one zone, measure, and only expand once the experience holds. That keeps the budget in check and the scent consistent.
06 — Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a commercial scent diffuser cost?
Price depends on format, number of units, and whether you choose stand-alone or HVAC integration. Purchase and refill contract often run together. In a first conversation we lay out the options side by side.
Is buying or leasing better for my space?
For a fixed location in long-term use, buying is usually more efficient. For pop-ups, events or trial setups, a lease or shorter service contract fits better. We discuss both routes.
How much area does one diffuser cover?
A standard stand-alone unit covers 100 to 500 m². For larger volumes we place two units or one HVAC-integrated system up to 1,500 m² per zone.
How quiet is the diffuser?
Inaudible at office distance. The unit runs on cold air, without fan noise. Suitable for lobbies, spas and workspaces.
What do the refills cost?
It depends on the scent, the run schedule and the number of units. We invoice monthly, including preventive maintenance and replacement in case of failure.
Can I have a custom scent developed?
Yes. The diffuser works with both Scent Library compositions and a bespoke scent. See also our custom perfume page.
Do I need to modify the HVAC?
Not always. Stand-alone units require no changes. For HVAC integration we align with your installer on the existing system.
How fast can the diffuser be installed?
Once unit and scent are agreed, a stand-alone installation typically happens within weeks. HVAC integrations require extra coordination with the installer.
