01 — What it is
What corporate fragrance means

A corporate fragrance is a scent developed specifically for your brand, space or guest experience — not picked from a catalogue. The brief comes first: which brand, which audience, which space, which use. From that direction we build the composition with a perfumer.
The result is a scent that fits your identity and the place where it lands. A hotel scent behaves differently from a showroom or a gift; we tune the build to the context.
After approval comes the rollout. The same fragrance can run through a diffuser in your space, sit on a shelf as a reed diffuser, arrive as a guest or client gift, or launch as an eau de parfum under your own label. The identity stays consistent across every touchpoint.
We work with perfumers, producers and packaging partners at fine-fragrance level. One point of contact, one chain, one brand that becomes recognisable through its scent.

Our approach

We have worked for years with brands, hotels and retailers on corporate fragrances. The approach is sober: sharpen the brief first, then the composition, then the rollout. One point of contact for perfumer, production and logistics. Where it fits, we start with a limited pilot so you can test the scent in your own context before a larger rollout scales.
06 — Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
How is a corporate fragrance different from a scent from a catalogue?
A corporate fragrance is developed specifically for your brand, audience and context. A catalogue scent is generic; a corporate fragrance is locked to your brand and can run across multiple touchpoints.
Where can I deploy the fragrance?
In the space via a diffuser, as reed diffuser, room spray or candle, as eau de parfum under your label, or as a client gift. The same formula runs through every touchpoint.
How does the track from brief to fragrance work?
We start with a brief on brand, audience and use. A perfumer translates that into a direction. You smell and direct until the composition fits. We then lock the formula under your brand.
Does the fragrance stay ours?
Yes. For bespoke development, exclusivity is normally part of the track. We record this per project in writing.
Do you work with internal branding or design teams?
Yes. We often sit alongside a brand or design team and tune the scent to the wider identity — visual, verbal and spatial.
Do we get samples before we sign off?
Yes. We work with interim samples so you can test the direction. For larger rollouts a limited pilot can follow before production scales.
Is this suitable for one location or for multiple sites?
Both. One signature scent can be rolled out across multiple locations, showrooms or hotels with a consistent formula and rollout schedule.
How does this connect to private label and diffusers?
The corporate fragrance is the formula; private label and the diffuser are two of the ways to make that formula tangible. We discuss per project which combination fits your goal.
